Ferrite magnetic powder can be mixed with different additive, by mixing, pelleting,smelting and extruding process to produce flexible magnetic strips. With the advantage of special extruding,Unimagnet produced magnetic strips can reach the minimal thickness of 0.3mm, which can widely be apply in magnetic toy, educational magnet and relay switch ,refrigerator seal magnetic strips and other seal flexible magnetic strips.
Unimagnet adopts “Thermosplastic Flexible Cementing agent Formula System, ferrite powder can easily get right orientation in magnetic field in high temperature section, meanwhile can easily get flexible performance in lower temperature section, thus finished products maintaince stable magnetic performance and accurate shape.
Magnetizing of flexible magnetic strips:
1. Standard unilateral multipolar magnetized, pole pitch option: 2mm, 4mm, 7mm.
2. Standard bilateral multipolar magnetized, pole pitch option: 2mm, 4mm, 7mm.
3. Standard thickness single magnetized.
