Magnetic Strip: Ferrite magnetic powder can be mixed with different additives, by mixing, pelleting,smelting and extruding to produce flexible magnetic strip. With the advantage of special extruding,Unimagnet produces magnetic strips can reach the thickness of 0.3mm minimal, which can widely be applied in magnetic toy, educational magnet and relay switch ,refrigerator seal magnetic strips and other seal flexible magnetic strip.
Unimagnet adopts “Thermosplastic Flexible Cementing agent Formula System, ferrite powder can easily get right orientation in magnetic field in high temperature section, meanwhile can easily get flexible performance in lower temperature section, thus finished products have stable magnetic performance and accurate shape.
Magnetizing of flexible magnetic strips:
1. Standard unilateral multipolar magnetized, pole pitch option: 2mm, 4mm, 7mm.
2. Standard bilateral multipolar magnetized, pole pitch option: 2mm, 4mm, 7mm.
3. Standard thickness single magnetized.
