magnetic ferrite powder for dry press Unimagnet provides UMDF series ferrite magnetic powder for dry pressing purpose. According to finished magnet orientation direction, there are two kinds of ferrite magnetic powder: Anisotropy and isotropy.

Anisotropic ferrite magnetic powder is used in manufacturing sintered magnets of medium energy, typical application includes medium and lower class micro-motor or holding devices. Compare with Anisotropic ferrite powder, the isotropic ferrite magnetic powder is suitable for manufacturing sintered magnets with lower energy product. Typical applications include lower class micro-motor and advertisement, stationery etc.

Fluidity as an important factor of ferrite magnetic powder affects compactedness and padding speed in moulds. Inferiors compactedness will have bad influence upon density and quality of finished products directly. Ferrite magnetic powder for dry pressing should have better fluidity. Unimagnet adopts classified grinding technology in pelletizing procedure, the granularity distribution is limited between 0.14 and 0.16 micron,to insure coherence of particle size and improve fluidity of ferrite powder.
